Owners can ask Alexa for a point-of-interest (POI) and ask Alexa to navigate them there. Alexa will hand off to the onboard Navigation System when available, or to your phone to provide turn-by-turn directions.

Using Amazon Music, TuneIn, and iHeartRadio, owners will be able to use Alexa to play music and even make song purchases. SYNC 3 will display Now Playing (song title, album and artist's name, song's duration/remaining time).
